No fee is charged for cancellation prior 30 days or more before confirmed book date.
Cancellations made 29 to 15 days prior the reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged.

Cancellations made 14 or less days before the date of the reservation, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In case customer wants to cancel reservation, must send an email to our company.
